Declare a technical or administrative compliance
There are two ways to declare a compliance:
- From the sales administration of “My function” directory: the benefit is to declare a compliance on several lines of contract in a single operation
- From the technical comply tab of the contract: the operation is done on the line of device
The declaration of compliance is subject to a conformity rule, preset on the basis of general or specific contract conditions.
There are five steps to follow to declare à compliance:
- select the line(s) of contract or device by ticking
- chose the conformity rule related to the compliance
- define the conformity period by informing the start and end dates
- select the status of the declared value (compliant, non-compliant…)
- select the date of declared value
