
The incident shall apply to the line of contract or device.
A unique number is allocated to every opened incident. This number shall be used in the incident follow-up process.
Add an incident
There are four steps to follow to add an incident:
- Select the line(s) of contract or device by ticking
- Select the type of incident
- (parameter setting) Choose the level of gravity of the incident
- Add a short comment
The addition of information is possible via the history of the incident.
Resolve an incident
There are two steps to follow to resolve an incident:
- Select the type of resolution
- Add a short comment
