    The incident shall apply to the line of contract or device.

    A unique number is allocated to every opened incident. This number shall be used in the incident follow-up process.

    Add an incident

    There are four steps to follow to add an incident:

    • Select the line(s) of contract or device by ticking
    • Select the type of incident
    • (parameter setting) Choose the level of gravity of the incident
    • Add a short comment

    The addition of information is possible via the history of the incident.

    Resolve an incident

    There are two steps to follow to resolve an incident:

    • Select the type of resolution
    • Add a short comment
