Production mode engine: instructions of use
The Production mode engine is an automatic processing tool dedicated to the treatment of actions in order to secure performance and efficiency. In case of a multi-master profile, delivered actions shall be filtered by master
In a production mode, actions are automaticaly presented one after another, respecting the order of actions presentation of the flow agenda
A pop-up window appears as well as the account statement of the concerned third party
This pop-up resume the main informations and status of the account:
- Main coordinates of the customer/supplier
- Favorite contact details
- The amounts outstanding (matured, unmatured, in dispute receivables)
- Last action done resume
Please note that :
- It is mandatory to close the action before moving to the next
- The Production mode can be interrupt anytime
