Add a contributor to a procedure
Some external contributors (lawyer, bailiff…) may act within a litigation or legal procedure.
Add these external contributors to the procedure process allows you to:
- Link every actor and ensure follow-up of the procedure
- Gather invoicing concerning the procedure
A contributor is a supplier third party attached to the master entity. An unlimited contacts may be linked to this third party, themselves directly linked to the procedure.
Third party contributor, attached contacts and line transactions must be created before having the possibility to add a procedure.
Once the contributor attached to the procedure, you can interact with him:
- By creating an action (send a mail, email…)
- By adding histories to the procedure
