    Here are detailed contractual matters defining the current level of relationship you do have with your client/supplier.

    It includes all the required functions to manage a technical or service contract. You can also define conformity rules, deal with attached suppliers, expand contractual coverage to other third party, access to informations related to invoicing.

    Tabs:

    • Contrat : General information

      • Period of the contract
      • Status of the contract
      • Contract type
      • Contract family
      • Informations regarding invoicing and payment
      • Geographical information
      • Incident* management (add, resolve an incident, access to the list of incidents)
      • Supplier’s list in relation with the contract
      • Commercial follow-up (stop service, legal procedure, additional business opportunity)

    *Incident: any claim related to the contract. The incident is added to the line of contract.

    You can access (see or download) to documents attached to the Electronic Records Management from the Media drop-down menu.

    The Edit button allows you to add more informations regarding contract details.

    A link to the judicial sheet shall give access to third party legal information.

    • Technical part

    Here is presented the list of devices attached to a technical contract.

    The functionalities allow to:

    • Add a device
    • Add an incident on one or several lines of devices
    • Declare a technical or administrative complying
    • Add an action or an history to the line of device

    Any device could be linked to a site adress. According to a conformity rule applied to the contract, automatic processes shall be set up, combining multi-conditions and using multi-fields channel.

    In any line of device, you can:

    • Add, see, transfer or resolve an incident
    • Add an action, add an history
    • Add, see or download attached documents
    • See device detail (site adress, serail number, device type, internal contact
    • See additional options (guarantee or maintenance contract…)
    • Technical comply follow-up: indicates the device status over a specific time.
    • Clicking on the technical comply field opens the detail of the device: besides seeing all the detailed information of the declaration (status, period and application frequency, last value declared), this detailed board gives the opportunity to see complying history, download attached documents to the device or add a new declared value)

     

    • Administrative follow-up

    Here is described the list of conformity rules applied to the contract. You can also see , download or print any document attached to the contract.

     

    • Commercial follow-up

    This screen couples business and events evolution related to the contract.

    By clicking the drop down menu located on the right side of the screen, you can see:

    • A graphical representation of the opened and resolved incident evolution
    • A graphical representation of the sales revenue evolution

     

    • Specific conditions

    Here are described the functional and financial specific rules applicable in case of non compliance with terms of contract.

    You can set up the following penalties:

    • Financial compensation in case of early termination of the contract
    • Financial penalty in case of failure to observe contractual obligations
    • Penalties under General Terms of Sale

    Moreover, a custom form shall present a number of specific questions helping to secure contract terms. The answers shall determine the application or not  of the contract.
