Contacts
The contact basis is common to the master: every profile who may be allowed to access to the master can see the related contact basis.
Any contact user may be assigned to one or multiple actions.
Add a contact form
The following items are mandatory:
- Title and gender
- Fisrt name, last name
- Function
- Telephone number
- Email adress
- Assign an adress (if different from the main third party adress)
Favorite contact
You can define up to five favorite contacts on your profile user. Those favorite contacts are thus attached to the account statement page.
