Intractiv’s concept
Intractiv strictly follows the company or group business model.
The company, as legal entity, is unique and called “Master” in the platform. It is identified by a legal ID (for example, VAT registration number in England). The hierarchy of a group of companies (head office, holdings, subsidiaries…) is also respected. The ecosystem of all group companies has as much masters as needed.
To any master are attached:
- The establishments (in the legal sense)
- The analytical sections (strategic business unit, business line, region, agency…)
- The functional organization (shared services center, teams…)
- The specific processes, configured rules, calculation rules
- The customer or supplier company profiles
- Providers
- Contacts basis
- Data flows (third-party data basis, transaction data basis, contracts data basis)
Data transfered from your information systems
Data coming from your information systems are exactly copied into intractiv. It is the same with the external data (given by providers or suppliers).
Once integrated into intractiv, data is processed for the only benefit of users.
