Here are presented the list of contracts related to third parties your profile allows you to access.
Consolidation:
In case of a multi-masters user profile, you shall see a global statement or filter informations to a particular master via the “consolidation” button.
The list of events and synthesised reports are thus adapted to the level of filter.
Menu
The drop-down menu “Menu” provides direct links to create a campain or see the actual list of campains, or even create a new account
Reporting
The drop-down menu “Reporting” lists the set of specific reports attached to the user rights and profile
Media
The drop-down menu “Media” provides direct link to manual media action creation tool
Widgets at the top the screen inform about:
- Active/inactive contracts distribution
- Contract level risk classification
- Contract distribution by type
Interaction buttons allow to:
- Add a contract
- Add an incident to one or more contracts
- Declare a technical compliance
- Declare an administrative compliance
- Add a compliance rule to one or more contracts
Each line of contract is a direct link the contract details by clicking on the contract number or the contract description.
In addition, the device link takes you to the technical part detail of the contract.
